Our fine china, tableware and cookware are manufactured under conditions called for in the highest standards of the industry and in strict compliance with all requirements designed for fine quality.

All pieces are guaranteed against defects in workmanship or materials for the lifetime of the original purchaser. If an item is found to be defective, it will be replaced without charge. To obtain replacement, simply  write to International Homes Inc. with a description of the defect.

International Homes Inc. also guarantees that in the event of total destruction of the cookware, due to floods, fire, tornado, hurricane, or other acts of God, that upon proof of the loss the purchaser will have the right to replace those items at one half of the then current retail price of the cookware.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or alterations to the product. If service becomes necessary, write International Homes Inc. at once, describing the problem. You will be advised immediately regarding procedure for returning the item for service.

Of course, this warranty does not cover inappropriate uses, breakage, cracking or chipping of china or tableware.

If breakage occurs while the cookware, china or tableware is being used for its designated purpose, any or all broken pieces will be replaced at one half the then existing retail price providing any and all broken pieces are returned to this company. We offer pattern continuance to the original purchaser for their lifetime.

This offer is of necessity subject to any government restrictions or circumstances beyond our control.
